Challenges	Thin clients have been used but complaints had been collected from on-site staff due to not being able to work when no network is available. An operation without lowering the productivity and convenience, while reducing the risk of information leakage from a laptop and maintaining high security, was required.
Solution	Documents for being taken out of the office are saved in the ZENMU drive under VDI environment in the office. Robust security is secured and information can be taken out safely by logging in from a different account outside of the office, and accessing with a USB memory as a key. Productivity is enhanced.

Challenges	2,000 pc thin clients have been distributed. Useful operation was required to safely save the information within a laptop, and to take it out for overseas business travelers and for care advisors, who mainly work under offline environment and wish to avoid laptop performance degradation.
Solution	ZENMU for PC was introduced for client PC for target workers, solving the challenges with work under offline environment, and with laptop performance. ZENMU is now considered for workers handling CAD and videos in order to guarantee a performance, and for business travelers to China.

Challenges	Thin clients have been used for many years, but local data not being available has been a huge challenge for on-site workers in terms of productivity. Local HDD drive encryption does not serve as a satisfactory solution to information leakage in case of loss of a laptop.
Solution	Local area is secured in Windows 10 IoT- based thin clients. Using ZENMU with USB memory used as a key allowed safe take-out of information, contributing the increase in productivity.

Challenges	Taking the incident of an illegal acquisition of a contractor list by a correspondence education company as a lesson, dividing the authority for “system management” and “information management” was seriously considered. After an internal audit, many unauthorized operating file servers were found, so server integration needed to be taken place.
Solution	User company and ZenmuTech have established the architecture that divides “system management” and “information management”. ZENMU for Meister has been developed as an Open Innovation. Robust information management has been achieved, where critical information cannot be accessed without a split access key, and information stored on the laptop is also secured with ZENMU for PC.

Challenges	In-house file transfer service had been used in the project handling confidential information such as design drawings, but the company didn’t feel that their security measure was sufficient. Data transfer to offices in abroad was required so the company was concerned about possible data hacking.
Solution	With ZENMU for Delivery, confidential data go through secret splitting and become split into 2 fragments. With one fragment sent via in-house file transfer service and the other via email, a recipient recovers the data when the two fragments are gathered. Each data fragment is nullified, so information leakage is prevented in case of an outflow of data fragments.

Solution	Virtual drive and ZENMU mode function of ZENMU for PC are utilized. Data to be taken out of the office go through secret splitting and become split into a laptop and Android smartphone.
